Dan returned my call quickly and Lucas came out next day to service two of our mini-splits. I highly recommend this company! Both units are now working like new.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had been using Absolute Comfort Solutions the past 3 years. I kept having problems with my A/C and even landed in the hospital due to poor air quality. The other company would tell me they fixed it yet I was still getting sick and they gave up on me as a client and asked me not to call them again. I thought that I was going to have to sell the condo that we just had spent alot of time and money renovating. So I called American Cooling Service as a last resort and the best decision I ever made. The woman that answers the phone is super nice and personable. She sent a technician out that day and they did not leave until they found the problems in which they did!! There were several issues that were over looked by the other company that American Cooling Service found during their initial visit. I would give them a 6 star review if I could. I am very happy that I do not have to sell our condo thanks to ACS LLC!

We recently bought a house in Key West and our central air stopped working...on a Sunday night! A friend reccomended American Cooling. I immediately gave them a call and they sent Eric, the technician out the very next day to take a look at my system. Mel in the office was EXTREMELY communicative and caring. She made me feel like we had been old friends and told me exactly what time Eric would arrive at my home. I even received a text from Eric letting me know that he was on his way. He was very professional, on time and got my system up and running. I was so impressed with this wonderful company that we are ditching the old system that came with the house and will be having American Cooling install a mini spilt system in our home. FIVE STARS ***** all around for everyone I had the pleasure of talking and working with at American Cooling. I will use their services over and over again anytime I need them!

These guys are awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable AC repair and reasonably priced replacements.
