Our maintenance plan is designed to give you great results at an affordable price. When you sign up for a plan, you get regular maintenance that ensures your system is operating safely and efficiently.
It starts with an inspection and cleaning of your condenser coil, inspect electrical system and components, and monitor refrigerant charge. Then, the technician moves on to the air handler. All electrical components are inspected, condensate line, and trap cleared. If necessary, they will schedule a cleaning of the coil. They inspect the blower assembly for issues and clean and lubricate it, if necessary.
As a final step, the technician will check and clean the condensate drain, measure the compressor and fan motor draw, and check contactors and capacitors.
Although you may be diligent about changing out your air filters, it’s something that often gets overlooked. We’ll check your air filters and recommend replacement or clean them, depending on your type of filter. Then, we’ll check the airflow of the system.
