Dan returned my call quickly and Lucas came out next day to service two of our mini-splits. I highly recommend this company! Both units are now working like new.

We recently bought a house in Key West and our central air stopped working...on a Sunday night! A friend reccomended American Cooling. I immediately gave them a call and they sent Eric, the technician out the very next day to take a look at my system. Mel in the office was EXTREMELY communicative and caring. She made me feel like we had been old friends and told me exactly what time Eric would arrive at my home. I even received a text from Eric letting me know that he was on his way. He was very professional, on time and got my system up and running. I was so impressed with this wonderful company that we are ditching the old system that came with the house and will be having American Cooling install a mini spilt system in our home. FIVE STARS ***** all around for everyone I had the pleasure of talking and working with at American Cooling. I will use their services over and over again anytime I need them!

My A/C stopped working around 2AM. I left a message at 7:30AM. Dan called me back 12 minutes later, before they were even open. Guys came out to my house before 11AM. After some trouble shooting, Bill told me my compressor was shot. Eric and Josh took apart the compressor to make way for a new one. Whilst doing so Eric saw deteriorated arc and corrosion. It wasn’t the compressor after all! Just some faulty wires that he replaced immediately. My A/C was cooling by 2PM. I didn’t have to wait another day for a part. And Eric saved me a boat load of money by cleaning out the corrosion. Thanks guys! You are all courteous, prompt and savvy. You had me doing the happy dance by end of day.

I called many companies prior to calling American. These guys are the Best. Daniel and his Team at American Cooling Services were very fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. These guys are professional, quick and HONEST which is all you can ask for as a consumer. THANKS GUYS.
